Monday - Personal Training

Tuesday - C25K W4D2

Wednesday - Personal Training

Thursday - C25K W4D3

Friday - rest/travel day

Saturday - C25K W5D1

Sunday - Quad Cities Half Marathon - given that my training has actually been closer to couch than 5k. I'm planning on taking this very very slow and easy and possibly even just switching to a 5K instead. I'm hoping though that I can work out a run/walk combo that will get me through without getting hurt or getting kicked off the course.
