I'm a little disappointed since I saw 195 on the scale on Sunday but my diet this weekend and Monday was horrible so it's not to shocking. I've been having trouble with motivation lately. My twice a week personal training sessions are great but pushing myself to do cardio 3-4 other times a week isn't happening.
