September Goals Recap

Personal Training : 9/9

Goals: 
  • Be able to run 2 miles without stopping.
    • Failed this goal completely
  • Comment more on the blogs I read
    • Made a few comments so better than before
  • Not die or get injured during the Quad City Half
    • I did not die and I walked away by my own power. I didn't have the piriformis or hip flexor pain that I've had in the past either. So success!
  • Log all my food, everyday on myfitnesspal 
    • 13 days out of 30
