Splits for the 2012 Go! ST. Louis Half-Marathon. Piss poor planning and what not...
I'm
starting training for the Rock N Roll San Diego Half Marathon and I'm
hoping to PR again. The course looks hilly so I'm only hoping for a PR
by 10 minutes which would mean a 2:55 half marathon. I'm going to plan
on trying to maintain a 13 minute mile. That would give me a 4 minute
cushion for those hills.
